One off decorative vase with handle made using a heavily grogged clay body that fires to a lovely toasty colour. Decorated in oxides and a homemade ash glaze. 
Suitable for dried flower arrangments or as a stand alone decorative piece. Not a functional jug due to the porous nature of the material used.
 
Approximate dimensions: 18cm high, 14 cm wide at belly, 8cm opening at neck.
 
Handmade in Norfolk, in small batches in my garden studio. Work is bisque and then glaze fired to stoneware (1240 degrees C) in an electric kiln - powered by renewables (including solar) .
